A Message From President Kathy Carter
On October 13, 1987, Colonial Stock Transfer began what continues to be an amazing journey since the company signed its first client to transfer agent services. As we mark the 25th anniversary of those first stock transfers, we wanted to express our appreciation and our gratitude to all of our employees, friends, and clients. Thanks to your hard work, dedication and support, you helped Colonial grow to service over 300 public and private corporations.
Over the last 25 years Colonial's professional team has been serving the stock transfer needs of issuer corporate clients and their shareholders. Some of Colonial's landmark accomplishments include the assistance and processing of several noteable mergers and acquisitions involving companies such as C.R. Bard, Investools, and Moog. Colonial has assisted hundreds of companies with PPMs, IPOs, SPOs, Spin-Offs, Reorganizations, Tender Offers, and Escrow Disbursements and continues to be a leader in assisting private and public companies grow.
Today, Colonial operates as a unique stock transfer company serving clients in corporate and commercial segments with a wide variety of products and services.
