Shareholders that authorize Colonial Stock Transfer to begin the replacement process of a lost certificate and subsequently find their certificate will be subject to a $50.00 recovery-filing fee to reactivate the stock. If you have already paid $30.00 to place a stop on your certificate at the time of filing the Lost Securities Form Letter, then you will only be required to pay $20.00 for recovery processing fees.
