To order stock certificates for the first time please send in a completed stock certificate order kit.

Re-orders

If you are changing the border style, color, logo, or signatures to certificates you have previously ordered, please review the order kit and resubmit with any changes to certificates@colonialstock.com or call (801) 355-5740.

Please note that certificate requirements may vary by the state of incorporation. Generally, whenever changes occur to the information on your stock certificates you are required to update them. Please consult your legal counsel for specific requirements.
