Record Maintenance
Colonial maintains all shareholder file records. This includes keeping shareholder and issuer records up to date, maintaining related stock classes, providing certificate history and account information for inquiring shareholders, updating shareholder contact information, keeping record of returned mail as required by the SEC, and providing full shareholder, broker dealer, and regulatory inquiry and communication support. In maintaining issuer's accounts, we also work with attorneys on legal opinions and other legal issues and uphold compliance with the continual changes in SEC, IRS, DTCC and State regulations, including policies involving OFAC screening and Cost Basis reporting.

Reports
Colonial provides shareholder lists, percentage reports, book entry lists, transfer reports, control logs, mailing labels, etc. We will also develop customized reports to fit your needs. We provide most reports via fax, hardcopy, or email in Excel, Word, or Acrobat within minutes of your request. We have also specially developed an electronic shareholder application, which is installed on the client issuer's computers, and allows the company to review shareholder information and view or print various reports. Upon written request from the issuer, current shareholder data is emailed to the company and downloaded into the ESA program. Updated data may be requested at any time.
