Notice and Access
The new Notice and Access Rule, effective January 1, 2009, requires that a notice be sent to shareholders that explains how to view proxy materials on a secure web site. We provide a toll free number for shareholders to call, a secure viewing method of materials, an option to request materials by mail or email, and the features included in our proxy services.

Reports
We provide shareholder lists, percentage reports, book entry lists, transfer reports, control logs, mailing labels, etc. We will also develop customized reports to fit your needs. We provide most reports via fax, hardcopy, or email in Excel, Word, or Acrobat within minutes of your request. We have also specially developed an electronic shareholder application, which is installed on the client issuer's computers, and allows the company to review shareholder information and view or print various reports. Upon written request from the issuer, current shareholder data is emailed to the company and downloaded into the ESA program. Updated data may be requested at any time.
