Annual Meeting
Information
To prepare for your annual meeting,
you should begin by filling out the
Annual Meeting Information sheet and
the DTC and ADP forms. The Annual
Meeting information sheet and ADP
and DTC forms can be downloaded by
clicking the links below. There are
some useful guidelines on the Annual
Meeting Information Form that should
help you to plan the proper dates
and take the appropriate steps while
preparing for your annual meeting.
Should you have any questions or
need any assistance with the
coordination of your printing,
mailing or anything else related to
your meeting, please feel free to
call us.
Please note: Colonial can mail
materials as soon after the record
date as necessary, however ADP
requires at least 3-5 business days
after the record date to mail, so
plan enough time between the record
and meeting dates to compensate for
that extra time.
